Registration: Click here to complete the registration form online, or here if you need to print a copy of the registration form. The early registration deadline is March 9, 2010. The final registration deadline is April 2, 2010.

Tuition fees: USD $1,000 if paid before March 9; USD $1,250 if paid by April 1. Tuition covers instruction, books, supplies, tea breaks, lunches, and several special dinners. Housing, individual transportation and personal items are not included. Cancellations must be made before April 9th and will receive a refund of 70% of the tuition. Alternatively, if you are unable to attend the workshop, your organization/company may send someone else in your place.

Venue: The workshop will take place at the Lord Charles Hotel (Corner Faure & Stellenbosch Roads, Somerset West 7130), where housing can be arranged at a special workshop rate.
